Popular Nigerian singer, Aituaje Iruobe, known professionally as WAJE (an acronym for Words Aren’t Just Enough) has just revealed in a 12 minute video clip uploaded on her YouTube Channel that she might be quitting music soon due to her incapacity to stay afloat in the industry.
The “Coco Baby” coroner went ahead and lamented on the state of the music industry in Nigeria and the recation of her fans towards her music.
”I don tire,” she cried, ”I don’t have faith in this anymore… I am not willing to do this thing anymore… Do you know how much I have invested in this career thing?” She lamented.
The talented singer also disclosed most of her responsibilities which included balancing her life as a mother and making music for love without pleasure. She went ahead and expressed her fear about being in the class of artists that have failed.
“I just know that I have come to the point where I just don’t think its working for me anymore,” she concluded.

The singer studied social work in the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka. She delved into her music career in 2007 though she was still a student . she paid her dues by doing lots of free shows and gigs for people.
The singer came into limelight in 2008 when she featured in P-Square’s hit track, “Do Me”. The track went global as it was known across Africa and some parts of Europe. She was the runner up in a reality TV show, Advanced Warning which was organized by MTV Base South Africa and Zain Nigeria.
