Nigerian Singer, Aramide To Be Inducted Into Recording Academy Governance Board Of The Grammys

Nigerian singer and songwriter, Aramide Sarumoh better known as Aramide is to be inducted into the Recording Academy Governance Board of the Grammys this Monday being 17th June 2019. She is to be inducted alongside 18 others.

The music star, while reminiscing on her music career revealed this in a tweet on her twitter handle, @AramideMusic. According to the excited singer, she has been an active voting member for years and is honored to be a member of the  Grammy’s governance board.

It is worthy to note that the singer is a graduate of Political science from the University of Jos. She describes her genre of music as Afro-soul. Her song, “Iwo Nikan” earned her an award for Best Vocal Performance at the 2015 Headies.
