Award winning Nigeria disc Jockey Oluwaforijimi “Jimmy” Adewale Amu, known professionally as DJ Jimmy Jatt released a new tune dubbed “Halima” in May 2008.
This time around, Nigerian international superstar Mr Eazi and highly talented Nigerian rapper/singer, Skales have assisted the Dicsjockey to make the song more captivating.
In the song, Mr Eazi opens the GuiltBeatz-produced track with a stellar chorus, telling the titular Halima that he would like to be her one and only. Awarded the song’s first verse as well, Mr Eazi does an expectedly solid job of leading this jam.
The video for “Halima” shows Mr Eazi passionately singing to his lover, before cutting to Skales doing the same. To close off the K Rus-directed clip, both artists and their partners join DJ Jimmy Jatt for an intimate and fun boat party.
